How do I book the room?
In order to book the room, get in touch with us regarding
the room availability on the required date/time, to confirm
room booking you may have to pay a 50% advance deposit. Please

How do I cancel the room booking?
If cancel 2 days before booking administrative charges will
be deducted from advance deposit, if cancel later terms and
conditions apply. Please call our customer services at 0207

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. If cancelled up to 2 days before the date of arrival,
£10 administration fee will apply.
2. If cancelled later, 50% of the amount of required duration
will be charged.
3. If cancelled same day or in case of no-show, full amount
of required duration will be charged.

5. All room booking payments must be cleared before the start
time of meeting.
6. In order to confirm the room booking full payment must
be made in advance.
7. A 50% Deposit can be paid to reserve required duration
of room however the room will only be accessible after the
full payment has been cleared.
8. If meeting schedule changed, £10 administration fee
will be charged.
9. All Prices exclude VAT
10. VAT will be charged as per current VAT rate.
